Interpretation Fees:
*As of January 2007, interpretation fee for all clients and all
languages is confirmed at $100.00 per hour, for a minimum charge
of two hours, plus mileage at .45 cents per mile. If a hearing
exceeds the two hour window by 15 minutes or over, a charge for
another hour is applied.
Requests for interpreters is appreciated if made preferably a week
in advance to better serve our clients.
Full payment for interpretation services should be made within ten
working days after a statement or an invoice is submitted by UMA
Language Services.
CANCELLATION of interpretation requests should be faxed to UMA
Language Services at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise a full
charge will be incurred.
All requests and communication should be confirmed by fax.
